The YY Vertical Climbing Ring is perfect for gently activating muscles and tendons before you start climbing. Warm up to climb better, longer and with less risk of injury. They are available in four different strengths, so you can have one to suit your level. They can also be used as a finger and forearm strengthening exercise.
Four strengths available: easy/15 kg (yellow), medium/20 kg (green), hard (25 kg), very hard (30 kg).
