The X Ultra Pioneer Mid Gtx hiking boots from Salomon are a mid-cut version of the X Ultra Pioneer Gtx. Thanks to this cuff height, they offer better ankle support, Thanks to this cuff height, they offer better ankle support, in addition to their lightness and natural foot roll. Like their siblings, they feature a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane which protects your feet from weather so that hiking is enjoyable, even in wet conditions. Their synthetic upper with anti-debris mesh is strong and prevents small rocks from getting stuck between your feet and the footbed. The SensiFit construction offers comfort and support, especially on technical descents. The Advanced Chassis wraps your feet in cushioning foam for better comfort and stability. The OrthoLite® insole guarantees superb cushioning. Finally, the Mud Contagrip® outsole and its chevron-shaped lugs allows you to progress both on soft and hard terrains with the same confidence.
