Description

Everyone has been trying to define the Line but noone has really succeeded. It's a 'categoryless' board that rides on and off piste without giving a single care. As long as there's snow on the ground, the board's happy.

For 2015, the board features a nice flat profile from insert to insert and two rockers through the tips. This gives riders a rock-solid stabilty on rough terrains and an effortless floatation on deep powder. The rockers also enhance turn transitions and give the board a bit of playfulness. If you're a carver, no problem either, the poplar offers tons of responsiveness and rebound for optimal edge control on the hardpack.

What our testers say : The Apo Line is an absolute blast. It is the one board you need for shredding the whole mountain with ease. You can rely safely on the board's versatile performance. We tried it anywhere we could in the resort without a single disappointment. It was stable, predictable and powerful. We even caught our freestyler landing a 540 in the park with it. A great pick for intermediates and advanced riders looking for a progressive versatile board.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
