Description

The Flagship was born at the same time as the brand, but Jeremy Jones has been working and fine tuning the board for more than 20 years. Many other manufacturers have tried to copy the board by using similar shapes, similar profiles or materials, but none of them ever managed to build anything that came close to it. The board is truly unique and was designed for true freeriders out there. The ones who seek high performance on the gnarliest spots of the mountain. The sumptuous ash-wood topsheet not only enhances pop and responsiveness, but it makes the board look even classier, turning the Flagship into a piece of art as well as a snowboard.

What our testers say : The flagship has set standards in the freeride world and many freeriders wouldn't want to ride an other board than this one. The Flagship is a stiff power stick that plows through anything that comes across and destroys any obstacle. Whether you're surfing the deep or ripping steep icy slopes, the Flagship offers high riding performance with a strong edge hold. The board is a bit demanding and isn't so easy to steer, but advanced and expert riders will love the feel of it.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
