The Jones Mountain Twin Pro is a premium snowboard designed for advanced versatile freestylers. Featuring exceptional stiffness and power, it is crafted with top-quality materials, including a high-density base offering excellent glide, as well as eco-friendly components such as an FSC-certified core, bio-based resin and wax, and basalt reinforcements.

What is the Jones Mountain Twin Pro snowboard made for?

Derived from the famous Mountain Twin, the Mountain Twin Pro offers superior performance. This board allows you to reach new heights in all-mountain freestyle, capable of riding powerfully on all terrains while providing the features needed to execute impressive jumps and tricks. Its construction ensures maximum power and stability, with a traditional camber and Traction Tech 3.0 serrated edges for impeccable grip. The 3D Base Contour 2.0 makes the tips slightly concave, softening edge transitions, while the slightly set-back stance makes turning easier. This offset is also perfect for powder runs and forest runs. With explosive pop, switch performance, stability, and efficiency on all types of snow, all possibilities are open to you!

Who is the Jones Mountain Twin Pro snowboard aimed at?

This model is aimed at advanced or expert snowboarders looking for an extremely powerful board, capable of adapting to all terrains while offering perfect balance for freestyle. It is the ideal option for those who want to ride powerfully and perform impressive tricks in the terrain park or backcountry.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
